Service
Brew City Robotics LLC supplies three distinct types of service.
Engineering Services
The design work behind a machine, available on its own — proved out in software before anything gets cut.
- Mechanical designMachine, fixture, robot end-of-arm tooling, and general tooling design.
- Risk assessmentsWe use Robot Safety Center software.
- 3D simulationWe use FANUC RoboGuide, RoboDK, and SolidWorks.
- Project managementOne point of contact from concept through sign-off.

Field Services
Most of our staff are former senior-level international field service engineers. This is the work they came up doing.
- Electro-mechanical field serviceInstallation and commissioning of machines and robotic systems.
- Robot predictive maintenanceThermal, vibration, and repeatability analysis — catching a fault while it is still a trend.
- Robot preventative maintenanceGreasing, battery replacement, motor replacement, remastering, and cable harness replacement.
- Onsite troubleshooting and programmingRobots and PLCs, including legacy equipment — robots from the late 1990s up, PLCs from the mid 1980s up. This depends on access to parts and software.

Legacy equipment is still equipment
We cover legacy robots from the late 1990s up and PLCs from the mid 1980s up, subject to access to parts and software. If it still makes parts, it is worth a phone call before it gets replaced.
